Coach evaluation forms will be available on the Kawartha Coyotes website starting on March 1st. Please take the time to provide us with feedback about the experience you and your child had this year under the leadership of their coaching staff. The form can be found under the coaches tab.
Evaluation forms will be available from March 1st - March 31st.
