Hi Everyone,We're looking forward to our annual photo night, on Monday, November 19 at OPS Arena (upstairs).
Things to note:
1. Players should wear equipment, but do not need skates or helmets. Older teams may wish to wear their jersey without equipment (with shirt and tie or casual). Whatever your team decides, please make sure all players know ahead of time so they can come prepared.
2. Players, please plan to arrive ten minutes before your scheduled time slot. Teams will gather with their coaching staff in the lobby, and will go upstairs together. Each team has a small amount of time to get their team/individual portraits done, so it needs to be organized.
3. Timbit parents will be permitted to come upstairs to help children get their equipment on and off. Absolutely no pictures may be taken by parents when players are posing for their portraits, please. Parents of players from all other age groups are asked to wait downstairs in the lobby. Coaching staff will be the only adults permitted upstairs. Thank you for your cooperation with this! It will help our photographers do their job effectively, and to stay on time.
4. A table to order and pay for portraits, will be set up in the lobby. Order forms are attached, and can be printed out ahead of time. Forms will also be on hand the night of, in case you forget.
5. Coaches/Managers - Each team is asked to come with their Team Photo Roster filled out (see attached). When lining up players for pictures, please have them in the same order that they're listed on the roster.Many thanks to everyone for your
