This $100.00 Deposit will be applied to your annual registration fee for your player(s).

(If you have multiple players registering with Kawartha, HCR registration and a $100.00 deposit is required for each player).

Registration Steps

Step 1: Access HCR (Hockey Canada Registry)
Use the below link to access the HCR Registry and create a personal account for your family (if you don’t already have one). A Players HCR profile is created once and should accompany them through their Hockey career.

Step 2: Register Players
Register all players in your family, and print receipt/invoice if you wish.

 Step 3: Payment
E-Transfer email:
[email protected]
Please add the players last name to the “memo” section of the Email money Transfer.

Or
Email the treasurer and tell them the name of the player that you paid for.

(Sometimes the players last name and your last name are different, we need to know whom to apply it to.)

If you have completed all 3 steps above, you can consider your player(s) registered.

***To keep registration fees as low as possible we are not accepting credit cards at this time***

Questions:
 - If you are new to our area, and your player already has an HCR profile, please reach out to the Registration Director via email to confirm if any Association Transfers are required.

-  If you are new to our area, and your player is New to minor hockey, you should be able to follow the above 3 steps in order to get them registered.
Since you are new to our Association, the above late fee will not apply, however we recommend registering as soon as possible to solidify a spot for your player.

If you have any questions surrounding the registration process, please reach out to the Registration Director at  [email protected]

Thank you!

Players will not be allowed on the ice in September until registration is paid in full.
