Happy New Year
Submitted By Lauren Addison on Fri 12 31, 21
Wishing all of our Kawartha Coyotes families a healthy and happy 2022!

2021 presented lots of challenges but as a hockey community, we came together and made the best of it. We will continue to make the health and safety of our players and volunteers a priority and we are excited to get back on the ice in 2022.

Our regular season will recommence on Sunday, January 2nd. Please take a look at the organization calendar to confirm your team's schedule.

We appreciate that there is a lot of uncertainty about Covid. At this time, OMHA and the City of Kawartha Lakes are proceeding with hockey as normal. Should that change, we will let you know as soon as possible. Please be vigilant about self-monitoring for Covid symptoms. If you or a family member have Covid symptoms or have been a close contact with a positive case, we ask that you follow protocols and self-isolate. Working together, we hope to keep hockey running and to give our kids a chance to enjoy the game.

Please remember that there is only one spectator per player and that you are asked to refrain from loitering in the arena. You will be required to show enhanced proof of vaccination (i.e., QR code) in order to enter.

We hope you all had a wonderful holiday and we are looking forward to seeing you back at the arena this week!
