Coaches Forms, Awards and Evaluations
It is the time of year when we are looking for your feedback about the current season and looking ahead to next year.
There are three new forms live on the website:
1. Coaches Forms
If you are interested in coaching one of the rep teams next year, please click on the coaches tab and fill out a coaching application. The tab will be open until March 31st.
2. Awards
Each year we like to take the opportunity to honour and highlight players in our organization. The awards nomination form is live on the website. It can also be found under the coaches tab until March 31st.
3. Evaluations
This is your opportunity to provide feedback about your experience and your child's experience on the ice, in the dressing room and on the bench with his/her coach. Again, this form can be found under the coaches tab and it will be available until March 31st.
