3) Approval of A.G.M. Agenda
4) Approval of the minutes of the 2022 A.G.M.
5) Receiving reports of the activities of the Association
6) Receiving and approving the report of the Treasurer of the association from the previous year (2022-2023) and the projected budget for the current year (2023-2024) presented by Treasurer Jaime Barber
7) Considerations of any proposed amendments of the letter patent of bylaws of the Association
8) Transactions of any business, which relate to the business of the meeting referred to above and particulars which are received by the secretary in writing at least 48 hours prior to the Annual General Meeting
9) Election of new board members
10) Election of positions of the board Introduction of the new 2023-2024 board
11) Motion to adjourn
