NRP (Non-Resident Player) Passport Request Form
An NRP (Non-Resident Passport) form is required to tryout for the nearest AA or A centre to your residence. The NRP is only available to players in U11 or older age groups. Players, under an NRP, are allowed to tryout for a AA OR A base category centre. Determination of the players closest AA and A centres are based on players residential address to nearest association centre points. Please fill out a separate request form for each player requesting these documents (if you have multiple players in the same residence).

Check the NRP box if you are requesting a Non-Resident Player Passport for trying out at your closest AA OR A base category centre and select the division you will be trying out for.
