Midget Red, Midget, 2014-2015 (Kawartha Minor Hockey)

Congratulations to the Kawartha Midget TC team. They were successful winning their playoff series against Sturgeon Lake 3 games to 1. Three straight wins GREAT JOB, let's carry that momentum to the tournament in Oro Mar 27-29. 

Midget TC playoffs start Friday Feb 27th at 9pm in Woodville. Best 2 out of 3 series  GOOD LUCK Midget TC Coyotes. 

Although we did not advance to the playoff round in the Millbrook tournament last weekend I believe we did accomplish some good things. Thanks to the players for there dedication and effort. It is difficult to play 4 games in 40 hours. Historically this tournament has helped the Midget Three County team to "gel" in the past. Hopefully that is the end result of all the work last weekend.  A special thank you to those parents that supplied the Subway sandwiches, low sugar deserts (YA RIGHT),pop, candies, and Gatorade.  In the coming days there will be a few emails and announcements ...

I have emailed a schedule to all players for the Millbrook tournament. This tournament is always a lot of fun and we (coaching staff) look forward to this tournament every year.  The skills competition is on Saturday. we will have 6 players and both goalies participating please help cheer them on. 

I am waiting on the preliminary schedule for the Millbrook Midget tournament. As soon as I get that schedule i will email all players. In the interim be prepared to play all three days, Feb 6,7,and 8th. We are also looking at a year end tournament, over the next couple of weeks I will try to email some suggestions out to get feedback from all. Hopefully we can get something booked soon.
