U18 Rep (Kawartha Minor Hockey)

The boys played Sunday night in Beaverton against the Brock Wild and Monday night, home, against the Lindsay Muskies.

The Kawartha U18 Rep team played their second regular season game against Brock Wild on Saturday night in Omemee.

Our Kawartha Coyotes U18 Rep Team brought home a big trophy and a nice green banner to hang in the barn this past weekend in Wasaga.  The boys went undefeated in 5 games to win the championship and qualify for the International Silver Stick finals in January. 

The U18 Rep team played in the NOTL Harvest Classic Tournament in Niagara on the Lake over the weekend. The boys placed 1st in their round robin with 2 wins and a tie and beat Sturgeon in the semi finals to move onto the Championship game against the host team, NOTL Wolves.  After a long battle, along with a fire alarm game delay, they lost 3-1 to claim Silver.

The Kawartha Coyotes U18 Rep team are off to a great start beating the Orono Leafs 3-1 in their first regular season game Sunday night in Orono.  After a scoreless 1st period, Sam Thurston scored the only goal in the second period assisted by Evan Titterton and Noah Stirrett.  Orono scored first in the final period to tie the game but Nash McGill quickly returned a goal to regain the lead with an assist from Evan Titterton. McGill solidified the win with his 2nd goal of the night, assisted by Liam Mason and another from Titterton. Way to go Yotes!!   Good luck to the boys who are off to ...
